Meghna Executive Holdings was founded in 1965. With a legacy spanning more than 50 years, Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd. has become a significant force in Bangladesh’s business landscape, establishing its name in diverse industries.
Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd. entered the luxury automobile segment with BMW in 2002. Executive Motors Ltd became the sole distributor of BMW vehicles and services in Bangladesh, marking a prestigious addition to Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.’s portfolio.
In 2004, Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.established Siam Bangla Industries, one of the largest white cement manufacturing plants in Bangladesh, further diversifying its portfolio.
Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.ventured into the RMG (Ready-Made Garments) sector in 2007 with the launch of Meghna Knit Composite Ltd., strengthening its presence in Bangladesh’s thriving textile industry.
Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd. introduced Apple’s premium products to Bangladesh in 2009 through Executive Machines Ltd., proudly serving as the country’s authorized premium dealer, reseller, and service provider.
Expanding its manufacturing capabilities, Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.launched its second apparel production Brand, Meghna Dresses Ltd., in 2014, reinforcing its position in the RMG sector.
In 2015, Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd. expanded its luxury lifestyle offerings in Bangladesh by introducing Kohler, the global leader in kitchen and bath innovation, through Executive Lifestyles Ltd., redefining elegance and functionality in everyday living.
Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.launched Sublime Greentex Ltd. in 2017, a LEED-certified GOLD category factory, exemplifying sustainability and eco-friendly infrastructure in the RMG industry.
Meghna Executive Holdings Ltd.established Penthouse Livings Ltd. in 2019, bringing world-famous lifestyle brands like Michael Aram, Cornelio Cappellini, Christopher Guy, and Turri to Bangladesh. This marked the country’s first luxury lifestyle houseware, offering a wide range of international furniture and home décor brands.
